Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Ruth Simon; sons, Jay Allen & Thomas Neal Simon; grandson, Tyler Blue; his sister, Marion Delfaver; nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
Funeral services were conducted on Sunday, May 6, 2007.
